I would agree, had the senate actually had an up or down vote. However, since the Dems absolutely refuse to respect the will of the people, not to mention the Constitution, he (W) was well within his right as President to make the recess appointment.
The Senate can't have an up or down vote if they don't have what they need to vote. With almost every single appointment, Bush has stonewalled.
But maybe I won't be so tough on you cause you are really cute.
