Homeland Security Arrests 582 Gang Members

Ok, now I am glad gang members are behind bars...BUT...I'm sorry, this has nothing to do with the type of terrorism that Homeland Security is responsible for. Gangs have been around since the 50's and before that. They are a nuisance, a threat, and dangerous...but are we spending money earmarked for securing our borders, providing security for our ports, etc., on arresting thugs? Doesn't Homeland Security have other things to worry about? I don't get it. Are they looking for some type of accomplishment?
