ACLU Probes Amusement Park Hairstyle Ban

Six flags wants their employees to maintain a clean cut image. So what? They have the right to do that. Any company has the right to specify a dress code, which includes hair. They are not discriminating against race. Dreadlocks is not what they want. I know someone who worked at Six Flags in New Jersey, a guy with really long hair and they asked him to cut it. He didn't, he left. Deal with it or find a new job.
