I'll never forget when Mike Gravel put his own name in nomination for Vice President at the Democratic National Convention in 1972. That was regarded as a rather pathetic thing to do.
Reading about him just now was like a trip to Yesteryear.
What has he been doing for the past two-decades-and-a-half?
