While Spitzer has not been charged (and probably won't be) or has implicitly admitted to the charges in the NY Times story...he didn't need to, he practically admitted it in his press conference. Everywhere you look the snakes are slithering.

There will be those for feel sorry for him for making such a "mistake". This is no mistake. This is an intelligent, competent guy who knew what he was doing and decided to roll the dice. It was his choice. If this is true he should resign.
