Delay Wins Republican Primary

It is unbelieveable that he would be in this position. I know that people are innocent until proven guilty, but with all of the controversy surrounding Delay and all of the corruption in Washington, you would think that voters would be very prudent about who they choose to represent them. Maybe it's the Texas way? Bush flew to Texas to vote, and we all knew who got that one.
