7 Year Old African American Girl Writes Racist Poem And Is Praised

I've read a number of stories about this young girl. Undoubtedly, she is intelligent and talented. It is a shame that her parents have chosen to teach her racist ideologies instead of letting her play with dolls as she should be at her age. Other stories I have read have said that this girl blames whites for slavery. I suppose her parents did not teach her that blacks are responsible for selling their own people to white slave owners. She then tells her white classmates to sit down when reading the poem/pledge. If a white student had done that, black parents would be filing lawsuits claiming racial discrimination. I am so sick to death of blacks complaining about racism, and then turning around and practicing it so blatantly themselves, including twisting history around and teaching their children untruths in the name of dignity. What dignity is there in that?

Why don't blacks teach their children about the white president who freed them? Or the thousands of white soldiers who fought for their freedom in the Civil War? Or all of the white people who stood with them during the racial strife in the 60's? Or the fact that there are successful black Americans who have reached their potential because of the opportunities that they have in this country?

Jews have survived a very horrible experience themselves, called the Holocaust. But American Jews have been much more successful in incorporating that painful experience into the collective psyche and using it to further themselves as a culture. You don't hear Jews complaining about reparations, white Germans killing them, etc. They are some of the most successful people on the planet-because they dropped the victim mentality. When you are an eternal victim, you will never succeed because you are too busy focusing on who is keeping you down instead of proving to people that you won't be kept down. It's growing very tiresome.
