Katrina's Devestation

They say that New Orleans has been spared a worse scenerio. I don't know how much worse it can get than this. And even though the hurricane has passed, flood waters are starting to rise again. I don't know how officials can tell people they will be able to go to their homes to get some items in a few days. Where is all of this water going to go in a few days? Just rambling, how horrible. I am truley saddened.
