Republicans Blame War Critics For Army Shortfall

Humm...I suppose Bush can't be to blame for lying to everyone including potential recruits. I guess Rumsfield isn't to blame, you know, for his insensitive remarks about keeping soldiers as safe as possible. Oh, and back to Bush, those dumb army recruits ought to sign up voluntarily, regardless of the administration not having the slightest type of exit strategy.
